Our former patient, American bobsledder and Olympic medalist, Elana Meyers Taylor will be helping athletes long after this year’s Winter Olympics is over. She’s donating her brain to the Concussion Legacy Foundation. Ms. Myers Taylor has suffered many concussions and other body traumas in the past. Fortunately for the bobsled team she pilots, past joint injuries will hopefully not be an issue for her in this year’s competition. It’s inspiring to see her leadership in promoting wellness for other competitors as well.
We are proud to have been a part of her success and wish her and all athletes a healthy Olympic games and Life.
